The first Easydredge® 2700, built for and by order of Royal IHC has been successfully launched at MTG Dolphin Shipyard on 16th December 2014. The new vessel will be supplied with a “world-dredging package”, which includes bottom doors, a bow coupling and a dredging depth of 25m. This makes her suitable for a wide range of tasks, from the maintenance of ports and channels, to land reclamation.
The vessel will be delivered to her owner in summer 2015.

On 18th of August 2014 the Keel laying event for the IHC Easydredge 2700 ™ took place at MTG Dolphin Shipyard. The ship is being built under building number BN1001 by order of Royal IHC and will be delivered in the summer of 2015.
She is a standardized twin screw trailing suction hopper dredger of the Easydredge range developed by Royal IHC of the Netherlands, type Easydredge 2700 with a hopper capacity of 2,700m3. Capable of dredging with one trailing suction pipe and capable to deliver the spoil either through the bottom doors, or directly overboard through a pipeline or rainbow nozzle at the bow of the ship.
